By accessing or using GoMango ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoMango is a platform for creating, sharing, and selling visual presentations and interactive design assets built with Excalidraw.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create on GoMango. By publishing content, you grant GoMango a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations

6. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Limitation of liability

GoMango is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
